When My Body Forced Me to Listen

My healing began when my body said enough.

Living with POTS and recovering from neck and back fusion surgeries taught me that pushing through isn’t sustainable—and real change starts with safety in the nervous system.

That’s how I support you now: gentle, practical coaching + Reiki to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself—without forcing change.

For a long time, I thought I was “just” a people-pleaser.
