I created Dantoni Wellness to help overwhelmed people slow down, calm the mental overload, and feel like themselves again.

Many of the people I work with look “fine” on the outside while quietly carrying chronic stress, overthinking, emotional overload, and exhaustion internally.

Through Reiki, nervous-system support, and practical emotional wellness tools, I help people move out of survival mode and into a place of more clarity, calm, and emotional balance.

This work is not about pushing harder. It is about learning how to feel supported, grounded, and safe in your own mind and body again.1

When My Body Taught Me to Listen

Living with POTS and recovering from neck and back fusion surgeries taught me that constantly pushing through is not sustainable.

Real healing began when I stopped forcing myself to operate in survival mode and finally learned how to slow down, regulate stress and listen to what my body needed.

People-Pleasing Wasn’t My Personality — It Was Survival

For a long time, I thought I was “just” a people-pleaser.

Now I understand that people-pleasing can become a survival pattern — constantly managing everyone else so you feel safe, accepted, or needed.

Together, we slow the pattern down without shame and rebuild healthier boundaries, self-trust, and emotional balance.

Boundaries Became My Healing

I used to think boundaries were walls.

Now I understand they are self-respect.

When your nervous system feels safer, you stop over explaining, over giving, and carrying what was never yours to hold.

Your mind gets quieter. Your body settles. Life feels lighter.
